Captured the bronze team sprint medal at the 2007 Pan American Championships in Venezuela, with team mates Lawrence Leroux and Yannik Morin…member of the 2006 Commonwealth Games team, finishing 6th in the one kilometre time trial and 13th in the sprint…two top-12 finishes at the 2006 Track World Championships in France…2006 national keirin champion…first international competition was the 2001 Junior World Track Cycling Championships in Trexlertown, Pennsylvania, USA…trains in Vancouver, British Columbia and Calgary, Alberta…no serious injuries affecting his cycling…career highlight was winning the 2006 Pan American Championships one kilometre time trial, finishing 12th at the 2006 World Championships and being an 11-time National junior and senior champion…coached by Richard Wooles since 2003…previous coaches are Dan Proulx, Kurt Innes, Erin Hartwell, Tanya Dubnicoff and Yannik Morin…previous club is Bicisport Calgary…was introduced to cycling by trying to keep up with his brother Spencer on the mountain bike…is most inspired by family and friends who do something they love and by anyone willing to chase a dream…
